GENUINE AND NEW
All of our products are 100% genuine LEGO® Brand parts, sets and Minifigures™. We accept no substitutes! "New" indicates that the parts or Minifigures are new, and have not been used or played with. Keep in mind that these parts may travel quite a distance to get to you and may have some minor scratching from rubbing against other parts. Defective parts or parts with major imperfections are removed and are not sold.
HANDLING
We aim to post within 48 hours of payment being received. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). If you have placed and order and wish to add to it before dispatch, please let us know.
PACKAGING
Your items will be shipped in a suitably sized parcel/box. We aim to secure these items when posting, however, do not guarantee that it will arrive the same as it was packaged. In most cases, the items are securely packed in ziplock bags, with padding as required and placed into a box, securely sealed.
POSTAGE TIME
Postage times vary greatly depending on where you are ordering from. Standard Domestic is usually from 2 to 10 working days. Express Domestic is 1 to 4 days. International is usually from 10 to 25 working days depending on your postage address (custom delays may occur.)
AUSTRALIA POST
We use Australia Regular Parcel Post including tracking, or Australia Express Parcel Post including tracking.
